RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns and Refunds Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if an item is faulty or defective, significantly different from its description, or not of acceptable quality. To report an issue, please contact info@zara-ivy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We offer a thirty day change of mind return policy. Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition. The return request must be submitted within thirty days of delivery. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons if this is clearly stated on the product page.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within fourteen business days and issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non refundable for change of mind returns.
